Great Waters will hold its annual gala, “Under the Stars,” on Wednesday, August 16, in their performance tent at the Castle in the Clouds, Moultonborough, New Hampshire, beginning at 6:00 p.m. It will be an evening celebrating Great Waters’ 27th season.
There will be something for everyone. The evening will begin with an open-bar cocktail hour and a silent auction, including elegant and fun items such as a Peter Ferber framed print, tennis and pickleball lessons with pros, and a chance to win season tickets to their 2024 season!
A full-course plated dinner will follow. A vegetarian option is available.
The evening festivities begin with a live auction including fun-filled baskets, raise the paddle, and packages including stays in a 1904 historic mountain retreat, a home on Nantucket, golf and stay at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey, a stay at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida, a week-long Melvin Village Marina boat rental, and a theater package in New York City including overnight accommodations, tickets to two Broadway shows, and dinner at the famed Orso restaurant in the theater district.
The featured performer is Jessica Vosk. Known for her electrifying roles on the musical theater stage, Vosk is most recognized for her performance as Elphaba in Wicked. She has also appeared on Broadway in Bridges of Madison County, Finding Neverland, and Fiddler on the Roof. She made her debut at Carnegie Hall in 2021
All proceeds will support the 2024 performance season, the Barbara and David Lobdell Scholarship Fund, the Street Piano Project, and other community education programs.
